★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima empresa, o alarme do meu escritório parou de funcionar e eu estou a 3 dias tentando contato com eles para enviarem um tenico e NADA, estou ligando direto e mandando mensagem no whatsapp e nos primeiros dias eles ainda me respondiam, diziam que iam falar com o tecnico para ele vir até o escritório e nunca retornavam, estou aqui ligando desesperadamente e eles nem me atendem mais e agora com o medo de ter meu escritório invadido e assaltado, um abusurdo ter um descaso desse com o cliente. Infelizmente tive que dar uma estrela, mas não merecia NADA.
terrible company, the alarm in my office stopped working and I've been trying to contact them for 3 days to send a tenico and NOTHING, I'm calling directly and texting whatsapp and in the first days they still answered me, said they would talk to the technician for him to come to the office and they never returned, I'm here calling desperately and they don't even answer me anymore and now with the fear of having my office invaded and robbed, it's absurd to have such neglect with the client. Unfortunately I had to give it a star, but it didn't deserve ANYTHING.
