★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desassociar-se do sofrimento. È somente uma sensação.... vai passar!! Levo no meu dia-a-dia essas palavras que pratiquei muito nas aulas do Marcio! Uma simples frase, tão complexa para se colocar em prática!! Mas a medida que vc começa a se perceber a cada ásana, sem julgamentos ou comparações com os coleguinhas ,vai ficando mais fácil, assim como conquistar a postura mais nobre do yoga, que é a shirshasana(postura de ponta cabeça, para quem não conhece)!! Super indico as aulas do Marcio ou da Jacqueline!
Disassociate yourself from suffering. It's just a feeling....it will pass!! I take in my day-to-day these words that I practiced a lot in Marcio's classes! A simple sentence, so complex to put into practice!! But as you begin to understand yourself with each asana, without judgments or comparisons with your peers, it gets easier, as well as conquering the noblest posture of yoga, which is shirshasana (upside down posture, for those who don't know )!! I highly recommend Marcio's or Jacqueline's classes!

Place with an inviting environment to practice yoga. Sensei Márcio is very calm and serene, and has great ability to convey peace and tranquility to those who practice! I do it for 2 weeks and with each class I feel more and more pleasure to be there.

Conduzem muito bem a parte do relaxamento no final da aula. A prática de Yoga neste local tem transformado minha vida para melhor. Recomendo muito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço excelente, super amplo e bem arejado. Ótima localização e fácil acesso, pois fica em uma das avenidas principais de Barão Geraldo. Há boa variedade de horários durante a semana, tanto de manhã como de noite e tem flexibilidade em alternar os dias de prática. A aula de multipluralidade é um diferencial que vale muito a pena.
Professor Márcio super competente e com paciência, preocupado em fazer uma prática que atenda todos os níveis.
Excellent space, super spacious and well ventilated. Great location and easy access, as it is on one of the main avenues of Barão Geraldo. There is a good variety of schedules during the week, both morning and evening, and there is flexibility in alternating practice days. The multiplicity class is a differential that is very worthwhile.
Professor Márcio super competent and patient, concerned with doing a practice that meets all levels.
