Segundo o vendedor o gerente nao autorizou a devolução.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível, comprei 2 peças, mandaram por transportadora errada, não me avisaram nada, eu pedi pra mandar junto e mandaram separado, paguei imposto de 3 notas fiscais, o financeiro joga para o vendedor e o vendedor joga para o financeiro e ninguém resolve nada, infelizmente não indico ! Tenho todas as conversas gravadas ! Eu só queria que fizesse o certo, falta de comunicação! Infelizmente só tive prejuízo !
