★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento Péssimo, Fiquei a mais de 40 minuto no telefone e ninguém atende isso é frequente. Algumas empresas quando começam a crescer passam a descuidar dos seus clientes e acabam perdendo ou ate mesmo falindo. Mais como não esta satisfeito é melhor trocar é o que vou fazer.
Terrible service, I was more than 40 minutes on the phone and nobody answers that often. When some companies start growing, they neglect their customers and end up losing or even going broke. But as you are not satisfied is better to change is what I will do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ola! o problema dessa internet e que ela nao tem estabilidade nem uma, cai toda hora; e os megas contraados dificilmente estao de acordo na hora em que e feito a medição de velocidade pelo aplicativo speedtest. e esse aplicativo e referencia dos especialista. voces deveriam melhorar esse sinal de forma que os cliente se fidelize aos seus servicos; e assim incentive outros a contratar esse serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sou cliente a 4 anos desse provedor, e estou feliz pois me atende muito bem essa internet. Normalmente na minha casa são 5 aparelhos conectados e rara são as vezes qie cai ou fica lenta. Apenas uma vez nesses 4 anos que fiquei dois dias sem internet, por conta que roubaram os cabos. Mais depois foi tudo tranquilo como é até hj.
I've been a customer of this provider for 4 years, and I'm happy because this internet serves me very well. Usually in my house there are 5 devices connected and it is rare sometimes that it falls or is slow. Only once in these 4 years that I was without internet for two days, because the cables were stolen. Afterwards, everything was as quiet as it is until today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São organizados, mas o sistema deles não é eficiente. Atendimento rápido, o provedor de internet atende apenas a região. A internet entrega até 60% do contratado, porém há quedas no sinal. As velocidades são dividas em 2G e 5G, não é 100 megas integral, é 50 pra cada. São rigorosos quando se trata de pagamento, mas vc precisa ficar atento, os boletos não funcionam, o sistema de pagamento é atrapalhado, e se vc n correr atrás dos erros deles eles cortam a internet na hora. Tem que estar atentos a isso. Boletos inválidos, boletos não computados, as vezes não chega no email, e eles n querem nem saber. Apesar desses problemas, a internet comum é muito boa, a fibra que deixa a desejar um pouco.
