The office hours are wrong fuiv2x at 10 hrs and was closed and the landline does not work.

Minha mãe mandou arrumar um vídeo game no final de 2016, a funcionária cobrou um absurdo pelo conserto e disse que tinha q ser em dinheiro vivo (mas não emitiu nota fiscal então não tenho como provar) e praticamente o ano todo de 2017 o vídeo game ficou indo e voltando para arrumar e apresentando o mesmo problema, até que o técnico se deu por vencido e disse que o mesmo não tinha conserto. O dono ( Alemão) se comprometeu a não deixar minha mãe no prejuízo e disse que ia extornar "parte" do dinheiro e desde então vem sendo uma luta pra receber esse dinheiro, praticamente toda semana ela conversa com a funcionária Viviane através de whatsapp ou indo pessoalmente na loja e a mesma sempre inventa uma desculpa prometendo que vai pagar tal dia e esse dia nunca chega. Então, serve de alerta pra quem possa vir fazer negócio com eles.
I gave a star because there is no way to give 0. My mother had a video game fixed in late 2016, the employee charged me for the repair and said it had to be in cash (but did not issue an invoice so I can't prove it) and practically the whole year of 2017 the video game kept coming and going to fix and presenting the same problem, until the technician gave up and said that it had not been fixed. The owner (German) pledged not to leave my mother at the loss and said she was going to extort "part" of the money and since then it has been a struggle to receive that money, practically every week she talks to employee Viviane via whatsapp or going personally in the store and she always makes up an excuse promising that she will pay for that day and that day never comes. So, it serves as an alert for anyone who can come and do business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, levei um celular funcionando apenas para troca de bateria, saiu sem ligar mais, passaram 4 dias com o aparelho e condenaram meu aparelho dizendo que estava em mal estado e com vários problemas, me devolveu o dinheiro da bateria porém o celular se funcionar,e não quis assumir a responsabidade, queria apenas me pagar 300 reais por um aparelho que vale 900, ainda bem que não aceitei e levei em outro lugar, arrumaram em meia hora estava apenas travado , totalmente despreparado pra este tipo de serviço

Bad place, I took a cell phone working just to change the battery, left without calling anymore, they spent 4 days with the device and condemned my device saying it was in bad condition and with several problems, returned the battery money but the cell phone works , and I didn’t want to take responsibility, I just wanted to pay me 300 reais for a device worth 900, I’m glad I didn’t accept it and took it somewhere else, they fixed it in half an hour I was just stuck, totally unprepared for this type of service
