★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu celular deu problemas fui na Samsung eles condenaram a placa do meu celular, ia gastar uma nota preta pra concertar me indicaram a Gtechx fui lá depois de uma semana resolveram o problema e ainda por um terço do valor que me cobraram na samsung, já faz 07 meses e meu celular continua perfeito parabéns e obrigada.
My phone gave problems I went to Samsung they condemned the card of my phone, I was going to spend a black note to fix I was told Gtechx went there after a week solved the problem and still for a third of the amount they charged me at samsung, already 07 months and my cell phone is still perfect congratulations and thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não valeu o investimento. Muito desgaste, pouca clareza no atendimento. E o ultimo serviço prestado o computador pegava, só tínhamos dificuldade para ligar, depois não pegou mais. E a garantia mencionada quanto ao serviço de nada serviu.
Unfortunately it was not worth the investment. Too much wear, little clarity in service. And the last service provided the computer took, we just had trouble connecting, then it didn't take anymore. And the aforementioned warranty on the service was useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu notebook estava com problema no cabo flat. O técnico da assistência disse que não precisava trocar, seria preciso apenas reconstituí-lo. Menos de dois meses depois o notebook está com o mesmo problema.
My notebook had a flat cable problem. The service technician said he didn't need to change it, he just needed to rebuild it. Less than two months later the notebook has the same problem.

Colocaram uma tela incompatível com o aparelho, saiu cheio de defeitos que não haviam antes e quando retornamos para trocar a tela errada eles desfizeram tudo e entregaram o aparelho do jeito que chegou a eles. E SE RECUSAM A FAZER O REEMBOLSO! Malandragem pura! Sem comunicação e sem respeito! Não deixem seus aparelhos!
Terrible! They act in bad faith and in the winding up. They put a screen incompatible with the device, it came out full of defects that weren't there before and when we returned to change the wrong screen they undid everything and delivered the device the way it came to them. AND REFUSE TO MAKE A REFUND! Pure trickery! No communication and no respect! Don't leave your devices!
