★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um jogo de potes de cozinha,me preocupei com as tapas pra ver se estavam vedando e não observei q o pote maior estava rachado, até mesmo pq como o mesmo é transparente havia uma dificuldade de visualização,chegando em ksa,,percebi e voltei no mesmo pé,já q eu estava com a nota pra trocar, . Chegando lá um rapaz q se diz gerente questionou e logo disse q não iria trocar e nem devolver o dinheiro,sendo q eu queria apenas trocar o item por outro igual,.Enfim depois de muita conversa e explicação de minha parte, não tive sucesso. Tive q ir até a delegacia mas próxima el voltar a loja com a viatura para q fosse resolvido o problema
Tudo desnecessário se a loja estivesse com profissionais qualificados,mas graças a Deus e a competência da equipe de policiais da delegacia da barão de igarapé Mirim, tudo FOI RESOLVIDO
OBS. Não indico a loja pra ninguém péssimo atendimento, profissionais com falta de educação e pouco treinamento pra lhe dar com o publico.

I bought a set of kitchen pots, I worried about the tapas to see if they were sealing and I didn't notice that the bigger pot was cracked, even because as it is transparent there was a difficulty in viewing, arriving in ksa, I noticed and went back to same foot, since I had the note to change, . When I got there, a guy who calls himself manager questioned and then said he wouldn't exchange or return the money, and I just wanted to exchange the item for another equal one. Anyway, after a lot of talk and explanation on my part, I wasn't successful. I had to go to the police station, but close by, return to the store with the vehicle so that the problem could be solved.
All unnecessary if the store had qualified professionals, but thanks to God and the competence of the police team of the Barão de Igarapé Mirim police station, everything WAS RESOLVED
NOTE I do not recommend the store to anyone, poor service, professionals with lack of education and little training to give you with the public.
