No momento da reclamação informaram que cobraram com a máquina de cartão de crédito do próprio mecânico, não recebi nota fiscal, logo não fazia a mínima ideia sobre este fato. Péssimo.
Poor service, unprofessional. I was mistreated after I filed a complaint and asked for compensation. At the time of the complaint they informed that they charged with the mechanic's own credit card machine, I did not receive an invoice, so I had no idea about this fact. Terrible.
