★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche horrível, tivemos que vir comer nos banquinhos da beira rio pq fomos mal atendidas pq simplesmente tinha um bicho no guaraná e eu informei a atendente que tinha e ela só tirou com a colher na minha frente e disse q tava bom enquanto a da cozinha gritou com arrogância e deboche “se ela não quiser, deixa aí que eu quero” então não indico nunca mais e nunca mais irei, por gentileza se algum superior ler isso tenha consciência senso e presença na avaliação a quem vc põe pra atender os clientes com educação e o principal HIGIENE
Horrible snack, we had to come eat on the benches by the river because we were poorly attended because there was simply an animal in the guarana and I informed the attendant that it had and she just took it out with the spoon in front of me and said it was good while the one in the kitchen screamed with arrogance and mockery "if she doesn't want it, leave it there and I want it" so I don't recommend it ever again and I will never go again, please if any superior reads this, be aware, sense and presence in the evaluation to whom you put to serve customers with politeness and the main HYGIENE
