★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o serviço de pintura e funilaria é o pior possível nessa empresa , façam uma breve pesquisa na internet antes de enviar seus carros sinistrados para GUEBOR VEÍCULOS (SALVADOR-BA) , meu carro passou mais de 97 dias na empresa em um sinistro de pequena monta , foram diversas reclamações com a empresa como o porta malas adentrando água após a substituição da mala traseira , presilhas usadas colocadas no veículo , pintura com reação nos para choques , farol de milha mal instalado adentrando água , como a empresa infelizmente não atendeu minhas solicitações por completa efetuei uma denúncia no PROCON e acionei o Juizado de defesa do consumidor para que fosse atendidas minhas solicitações , enfim no requisito do serviço funilaria e pintura a empresa deixa muito a desejar inclusive subestimando o cliente com desculpas pela demora do serviço e a qualidade realizada.
Fui prejudicado com os serviços mal realizados e grosseiros realizado por essa empresa , pela troca de peças colocadas dentro da garantia danificadas pela mal instalação e não autorização a substituição dentre outros como por exemplo um para choque traseiro substituídos e trocado pela empresa sem a instalação dos guias laterias, isso mesmo estou falando de uma concessionaria TOYOTA , as solicitações algumas que notei foram atendidas outras simplesmente foram ignoras e assim efetuei a denúncia no Procon e a Ação na defesa do consumidor.
Vale a pena efetuar uma pesquisa para que não tenham tanto problemas como tiver ao enviar meu veículo para essa empresa.

I was harmed by the poor and rude service performed by this company, by the replacement of parts placed under warranty damaged by the bad installation and not authorized the replacement among others like for example a rear shock replaced and replaced by the company without installing the guides. Later, that's right I'm talking about a TOYOTA dealership, some requests that I noticed were met others simply were ignored and so I made the complaint in Procon and the Action in consumer protection.
It's worth doing a search so they don't have as much trouble as sending my vehicle to this company.
