O Daniel e o mecânico Eduardo são muito claros nas informações, honestos, passam uma confiança tremenda, explicam o que precisa ser feito e fazem um trabalho com muito cuidado e eficiência. Serviço de confiança, qualidade e preço justo. A moça que atende no balcão também muito simpática e educada. Não tem como não elogiar, continuem assim!
 Excellent service in person and by phone. I needed the services twice and was impressed with the service of this workshop. Daniel and mechanic Eduardo are very clear in their information, honest, have tremendous confidence, explain what needs to be done and do a job with great care and efficiency. Reliable service, quality and fair price. The girl at the counter is also very friendly and polite. There is no way not to praise, keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei no mesmo dia as 11 da manhã para levar meu carro que estava com aquecimento do radiador. Pedi para liberar o carro as 15:30 pois iria usa-lo. As 14 hs ainda não tinham me dado um parecer. Liguei para saber , nem tinham avaliado ainda. E depois de eu reclamar disseram q o carro estava em análise. Depois de 30 min me disseram que o carro estava normal . Ainda discuti com o mecanico Leo pois não era possivel. Ele nem sabia q tinha valvula na tampa do radiador. Enfim acho q nem olharam meu carro. Hj fui em outra oficina e até vazamento de agua meu carro tem. Sempre me atenderam bem. Mas nesse dia desde a hora q cheguei me trataram como se estivesse atrapalhando. Só não entendo porque me disseram para levar o carro se não podiam fazer o serviço. E me devolver o carro sem diagnóstico nenhum achei um descaso total. Infelizmente não levarei mais nesse lugar.
I scheduled the same day at 11 am to take my car that had radiator heating. I asked to release the car at 3:30 pm as I was going to use it. At 2 pm they still hadn't given me an opinion. I called to find out, they hadn't even evaluated yet. And after I complained they said that the car was under analysis. After 30 min I was told that the car was normal. I still argued with mechanic Leo because it was not possible. He didn't even know he had a valve on the radiator cap. Anyway I don't think they even looked at my car. Today I went to another workshop and my car has a water leak. They always served me well. But on that day from the time I arrived, they treated me like I was getting in the way. I just don't understand why I was told to take the car if they couldn't do the job. And giving me back the car without any diagnosis, I found total neglect. Unfortunately I will not take you there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me empurraram água pro reservatório dizendo que tinha que ser, 2 mecânicos disseram que não precisava. Fora que comprei o reservatório e se recusaram a trocar, sendo que leva 20min. Não volto mais!
They pushed water to the reservoir saying it had to be, 2 mechanics said it wasn't necessary. Other than that I bought the reservoir and they refused to change it, as it takes 20min. I'm not coming back!
