★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Priorizam apenas o próprio bolso, fazem um contrato onde vc fica preso no imóvel, mesmo estando em condições precária, decidimos não concluir com a locação proprietário da imobiliária foi grosseiro, falou que não precisa de clientes pq tem três empresas kkkkkk e enrolou 1 mês para transferir o calção de 3.000 reais.
Para quem esta pretendendo locar, tem imobiliárias melhores na região, e com o contrato bem assegurado.
LEEM O CONTRATO DE LOCACAO SEMPRE!!!! NAO CAIAM EM GOLPE!!!
