★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sistema da Plataforma tem uma intenção muito eficaz, porém todas as vezes que fechei com alguma transportadora atraves dessa plataforma na hora de enviar não foi nada do que foi acordado. Foram 2 envios frustantes.
Creio que seria uma maneira para não baixar a satisfação dos usuários seria fazer uma pesquisa com quem utiliza o serviços, para manter o Guia como um canal de buscar viável e confiável!
The Platform system has a very effective intention, but every time I closed with some carrier through this platform when sending was not at all what was agreed. There were 2 shipments frustrating.
I think that would be a way not to download user satisfaction would be to make a survey of those using the services, to keep the Guide as a channel to seek affordable and reliable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima.não recomendo, contratei uma transportadora pelo guia do transporte e a transportadora não entregou minha carga , tive que ir retirar no depósito depois de 15 dias, tive problema com o cliente. A Guia do transporte não dá auxilio nenhum para resolver, não tem email não tem nenhum contato do Guia do transporte. TRANSPORTADORA CONTRATADA LIMA TRANSPORTE, não recomendo são incompetentes.
Very bad. I don't recommend it, I hired a carrier through the transport guide and the carrier did not deliver my cargo, I had to go to the warehouse after 15 days, I had a problem with the client. The Transport Guide does not give any help to solve it, it has no email, it does not have any contact for the Transport Guide. CARRIER CONTRACTED LIMA TRANSPORTE, do not recommend are incompetent.

Estou aflita querendo recuperar minha mercadoria!!!

Muito cuidado!!!!!
It is not able to meet anyone safely. Phantom company picks up your cargo for an amount and then requests additional payment to do the shipping. A blow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema com a transportadora Brasilcargo, contratei ela através do guia do transporte, a Sr. Katia que é dona da transportadora não me respondia mais e nem atendia minhas ligações, dizia que meu material estava em rota mas já tinha quase um mês. Entrei em contato com a Guia do transporte onde o Paulo foi extremamente solicito e resolveu meu problema em dias. Foram no local e minha mercadoria não havia saído de lá, recolheram ela e enviaram pela exata cargo. Toda empresa tem problemas mas a forma com que se da com eles é que faz a diferença e a guia do transporte agiu muito bem nesse momento.
I had a problem with the carrier Brasilcargo, I hired her through the transport guide, Mr. Katia, who owns the carrier, didn't answer me anymore and didn't even answer my calls, she said that my material was en route but it was almost a month old. I got in touch with Guia do Transporte where Paulo was extremely requested and solved my problem in days. They went to the place and my merchandise had not left there, they picked it up and sent it for the exact charge. Every company has problems, but the way they deal with them is what makes the difference and the transportation guide did very well at that moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi a indicação deste site (Guia do transporte), a empresa “By transportes”, eles Me roubaram R$5.500,00. PAGUEI O FRETE E NÃO RECEBI MINHA CARGA DE TELHAS NEM DEVOLUÇÃO DO MEU DINHEIRO NÃO CONTRATEM NUNCA. Responsável da empresa não me atende mais, não me responde nenhuma mensagem no whats nem e-mail. Sou de Minas Gerais Belo Horizonte, a empresa em SP estou de mãos atadas. Promessa de devolução do meu dinheiro dia 11/03/22 até hoje 12/04/22 nenhum retorno até o momento.

I PAID THE FREIGHT AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY LOAD OF TILES OR REFUND OF MY MONEY DON'T EVER HIRE. The person in charge of the company doesn't answer me anymore, doesn't answer any message on whats or email. I'm from Minas Gerais Belo Horizonte, the company in SP's hands are tied. Promise to return my money on 03/11/22 until today 04/12/22 no return yet.
