★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito de viajar mas os horários da empresa que eu preciso são todos desregulados. Alguns ônibus estão bem velhos e acabam fazendo a viagem um pouco mais "longa".
 I love to travel but the company hours I need are all unregulated. Some buses are very old and end up making the trip a little "longer".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , burocratica demais para compra de passagens , para troca de vouchers , exigem cartão da compra para trocar um voucher mesmo apresentando os papéis referentes e o documento de identificação , usam termos levianos e não tem nenhum respeito ao consumidor , sem contar as informações de horários no site que não condiz com a escala real de horários , não indico.
Bad service , too bureaucratic to buy tickets , to exchange vouchers , they require a purchase card to exchange a voucher even with the relevant papers and identification document , they use frivolous terms and have no respect for the consumer , not to mention the information of schedules on the website that do not match the actual schedule, I do not indicate.

We need the daily lush Rio schedules and without so many stops. My God! It pays for its executive price and receives 19th century treatment. It looks like a train that never arrives!
