★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei perguntando se faziam design de sombrancelha masculino e me disseram que sim. No local perguntei a moça se costumava atender homens, pois notei os olhares de estranhamento dos funcionários e ela disse que não costumava ir homens lá. E sobre o design, também não ficou bem feito, pois no meio tirei vários pelinhos com a pinça em casa que ela deixou. Ainda sim, entendo, pois o nome do local já deixa claro que o atendimento é para "gurias" mas justamente por isso liguei e perguntei.
I called asking if they did male eyebrow design and they told me yes. At the place, I asked the girl if she used to attend men, because I noticed the strange looks of the employees and she said that men didn't usually go there. And about the design, it wasn't well done either, because in the middle I took out several little hairs with the tweezers at home that she left. Still, I understand, because the name of the place already makes it clear that the service is for "girls" but that's precisely why I called and asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais tem talento mas tive uma experiência muito desagradável como cliente. Fiz penteado e maquiagem para a minha formatura e os profissionais praticamente se recusaram a me ouvir e criticaram o penteado que eu queria até eu ficar sem graça e aceitar a sugestão deles.
Além disso não foram simpáticos em nenhum momento e o resultado final ficou bem aquém do que esperava… Com certeza não voltarei.
The professionals have talent but I had a very unpleasant experience as a customer. I had my hair and makeup done for my graduation and the professionals practically refused to listen to me and criticized the hairstyle I wanted until I was embarrassed and took their suggestion.
In addition, they were not friendly at any time and the final result was far from what I expected… I will definitely not be back.

Me cobraram R$30,00 a mais do valor combinado, entrei com contato pedindo reembolso falaram que me dariam em crédito pra fazer a unha perguntei dos horários fingiram demência... pedi então o reembolso em pix, disseram que iria fazer, mas sumiu... cobrei novamente falaram que era 30 dias... entrei no código do consumidor e informei eles que era 10 dias o prazo máximo e já seria no próximo dia, então ficaram com raivinha e mandaram ir buscar o dinheiro presencialmente oque é um constrangimento já que já causou transtorno e desconforto para o cliente, não indico!! Precisam melhorar comunicação e administração do salão!!!
Great professionals, but terrible management and organization!!! They charged me R$30.00 more than the agreed amount, I got in touch asking for a refund they said they would give me credit to do the nail I asked for the schedule they pretended dementia... I then asked for a refund in pix, they said they would do it, but it disappeared. .. I charged again they said it was 30 days... I entered the consumer code and informed them that the maximum period was 10 days and it would be the next day, so they got angry and sent to get the money in person which is an embarrassment already which has already caused inconvenience and discomfort for the customer, I do not recommend!! They need to improve communication and administration of the salon!!!
