Num processo em andamento a iniciativa no contato foi muito mais da minha parte, do que dos profissionais dessa empresa. A assessoria jurídica por parte da imobiliária, no caso específico de um negócio do qual participei foi inexpressiva (contei muito mais com a minha advogada). Mas é preciso ressaltar que ao final de tudo, o negócio foi concluído com sucesso!
The service in general is good, but a closer, more precise and punctual contact is lacking. In an ongoing process, the initiative in contacting was much more on my part than on the professionals of this company. The legal advice provided by the real estate agency, in the specific case of a business in which I participated, was inexpressive (I relied much more on my lawyer). But it must be emphasized that, in the end, the deal was completed successfully!
