★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço da GVL Transportes e Mudanças localizada na R. Eduardo Pereira - Vila Guarani (Zona Sul), São Paulo - SP, 04312-010,
apenas para transporte de uma mudança 5 para 3 andar.
A vendedora prometeu qualidade, 2 ajudantes experientes, funcionários próprios da empresa, uniformizados, mantas de proteção, enfim.
Infelizmente só obtive decepção no atendimento prestado.
Acordei com a vendedora a chegada para as 10hs mas chegou as 9h.
O primeiro ajudante chegou, sem uniforme ou crachá algum e dizendo que o segundo ajudante estava apenas encontrando um local para estacionar e já subiria, após 1 hora, o ajudante apresentou uma nova versão dizendo que o segundo ajudante resolveu voltar para empresa para buscar as mantas de proteção que havia esquecido e estava retornando de uber.
Indignado contatei a vendedora que informou que na realidade havia faltado funcionário, foi quando me dei conta das mentiras.
Por volta das 13:30, finalmente o segundo ajudante chegou também sem uniforme algum e sequer funcionário da empresa ele é, identiquei isso pois ouvi o mesmo conversando com o outro ajudante, reclamando que há tempos não era chamado para trabalhar, ou seja, fui obrigado no dia da mudança a aguardar a empresa contratar emergencialmente alguém.
Não houve profissionalismo e transparência na relação somente mentiras, decepcionante!
Através do site da empresa na opção "Sobre a Empresa" podemos encontrar um trecho que diz;
Apesar do pouco tempo de mercado, nossa empresa destaca-se atualmente pelo suporte dado aos nossos clientes, qualidade do serviço prestado, pela frota recentemente renovada, e pela excelente equipe de trabalho, que vai desde o atendimento comercial até o operacional.
Entretanto acredito que a empresa, caso consiga permanecer no mercado, ainda tem muito para melhorar antes de mencionar que oferece qualidade, suporte e excelente equipe de trabalho, principalmente no que se refere a area comercial.
Em tempo, solicitei através de email a Nota Fiscal do serviço mas não obtive resposta.
Hoje só me resta compartilhar esta péssima experiencia com todos que conheço e desejar BOA SORTE para quem se aventurar a contratar a GVL.
I hired the service of GVL Transportes e Mudanças located at R. Eduardo Pereira - Vila Guarani (South Zone), São Paulo - SP, 04312-010,
only to transport a change 5 to 3 floor.
The seller promised quality, 2 experienced helpers, the company's own employees, in uniform, protective blankets, in short.
Unfortunately I only got disappointment in the service provided.
I woke up with the seller to arrive at 10 am but arrived at 9 am.
The first helper arrived, without any uniform or badge and saying that the second helper was just finding a place to park and would go up, after 1 hour, the helper presented a new version saying that the second helper decided to return to the company to get the blankets of protection that he had forgotten and was returning from uber.
Outraged, I contacted the saleswoman who reported that there was actually an employee missing, that's when I realized the lies.
At around 1:30 pm, finally the second assistant also arrived without any uniform and he is not even a company employee, I identified this because I heard him talking to the other assistant, complaining that he had not been called to work for some time, that is, I went thank you on the day of the move to wait for the company to urgently hire someone.
There was no professionalism and transparency in the relationship, only lies, disappointing!
Through the company's website in the option "About the Company" we can find an excerpt that says;
Despite the short time in the market, our company currently stands out for the support given to our customers, quality of service provided, for the recently renewed fleet, and for the excellent work team, which ranges from commercial to operational assistance.
However, I believe that the company, if it manages to remain in the market, still has much to improve before mentioning that it offers quality, support and an excellent work team, especially with regard to the commercial area.
In time, I asked for the service's invoice via email but I didn't get a response.
Today I can only share this terrible experience with everyone I know and wish GOOD LUCK to anyone who ventures to hire GVL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Contratei o serviço de mudança incluindo o encaixotamento. Além deles deixarem alguns móveis porque não couberam no caminhão e eles disseram que só fariam uma viagem, houve DIVERSAS avarias nos móveis, fora as louças quebradas porque eles colocaram nas caixas sem proteção. Por fim, a representante deles (Juliana) disse que me daria retorno da reclamação, porque o contrato previa seguro, e até agora nada, isso foi em outubro de 2019... igualmente solicitei a nota fiscal, porque entregaram um recibo sem assinatura... também nada. NÃO RECOMENDO
Terrible. I hired the moving service including boxing. In addition to leaving some furniture because it did not fit in the truck and they said they would only make a trip, there were DIFFERENT malfunctions in the furniture, apart from the broken crockery because they placed in the boxes without protection. Finally, their representative (Juliana) said she would give me back the complaint, because the contract provided for insurance, and so far nothing, that was in October 2019 ... I also requested the invoice, because they delivered a receipt without signature. .. nothing too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Da primeira vez foi uma mudança pequena, da segunda vez foi uma mudança maior e precisei usar também o guarda móveis. Estou muito satisfeita! Equipe qualificada, rápida, eficiente e trabalham sorrindo, super solicitos! Isso faz toda diferença! Tratei todas as burocracias com Weslei via WhatsApp e não tive nenhum problema. Meus móveis ficaram 30 dias no estoque deles e chegou tudo em perfeitas condições. Recomendo muito a empresa ??
I used the services of GVL in my last two changes. The always positive experience! The first time it was a small change, the second time it was a bigger change and I also had to use the furniture guard. I am very satisfied! Qualified staff, fast, efficient and smiling, super requests! It makes all the difference! I dealt with all the bureaucracies with Weslei via WhatsApp and I had no problem. My furniture stayed 30 days in their stock and everything arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend the company ??

Desta última vez, precisamos guardar nossos móveis em uma Storage e a segunda parte da mudança ocorreu na data de hoje.
Os funcionários da empresa, são muito educados, solícitos e eficientes.
Recomendo a todos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo o meu contato foi com a Juliana, e 1 dia antes da mudança levei um susto pq o celular da empresa parou de funcionar. Achei que a mesma não ia acontecer. Me prontifiquei e liguei para outro número e tive a confirmação. Minha mudança ocorreu em 2 dias: 1 embalagem e 2 para carregamento. O embalador José foi mto ágil, atencioso e cuidadoso. Em 6h30 ele embalou td. No dia seguinte à equipe em 1h30 carregou td o caminhão. Fiquei surpresa. Recomendo a transportadora.
All my contact was with Juliana, and 1 day before the change I was scared because the company's cell phone stopped working. I thought it was not going to happen. I got ready and called another number and had the confirmation. My change took place in 2 days: 1 pack and 2 for loading. Packer José was very agile, attentive and careful. At 6:30 p.m. he packed td. The next day the team at 1:30 p.m. loaded the truck. I was surprised. I recommend the carrier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fiz a minha mudanças eles foram solícitos e nos ajudaram com a mudança, porém esqueceram de entregar 2 itens de valor. E fazem 3 anos, exatamente 3 anos que tento retirá-los e não consigo!!!! Uma hora respondem e dizem q vao entregar, e agora já me ignoram por completo! Eu quero meus móveis!
Ainda aguardando o retorno da Júliana. Péssimo atendimento! ?
When I made my move they were kind and helped us with the move, but they forgot to deliver 2 valuable items. And it's been 3 years, exactly 3 years since I've been trying to remove them and I can't!!!! One hour they answer and say they will deliver, and now they completely ignore me! I want my furniture!
Still waiting for Julia to return. Terrible attendance! ?
