★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para perguntar preço de um vidro e a atendente pediu para eu ligar para a loja ao lado que tem um preço melhor. Não sei qual o problema ali mas tem funcionário que ajuda a fechar uma loja.
I called to ask for the price of a glass and the clerk asked me to call the store next door, which has a better price. I don't know what the problem is there but there is an employee who helps to close a store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da qualidade do produto e nem do atendimento que é muito enrolado. Entregaram vidros com manchas e imperfeições. Depois de muitos telefonemas, trocaram por 2 vezes e mesmo assim o vidro apresenta defeitos de fabricação e arranhões.
I did not like the quality of the product or the service that is very tangled. They delivered stained glass and imperfections. After many phone calls, they exchanged 2 times and yet the glass has manufacturing defects and scratches.

Após uma semana sem retorno do orçamento, liguei para questionar e me enviaram um outro rapaz para mais uma vez medir e após enviar o orçamento. Após mais de uma semana nenhuma ligação e nenhum orçamento. Acho que não querem trabalhar. A gente dá preferência ao comércio do bairro mas por esse motivo de total desleixo com o cliente só nos resta procurar uma outra loja para nós atender.
I scheduled a visit to make a budget and after 1 week a gentleman came. After a week with no response from the quote, I called to ask and they sent me another guy to measure once again and after sending the quote. After more than a week no calls and no quotes. I don't think they want to work. We give preference to the commerce of the neighborhood but for this reason of total neglect with the customer we only have to look for another store for us to serve.
