Oferecem serviço de socorro e não vão.
Entrei em contato com eles logo de manhã solicitando o serviço de socorro porque minha moto havia quebrado e não saia do local. Confirmei com o mecânico que ele iria fazer o serviço. Fiquei esperando até as 18h e nada. Não me respondeu e nem se quer deu satisfação de que não iria. Sou de outra cidade e tive que deixar a moto em Sorocaba porque fiquei o dia todo esperando e ele não apareceu. Não confiem nesta empresa.
Total lack of respect with customers.
They offer relief service and don't go.
I contacted them early in the morning asking for help because my motorcycle had broken and would not leave the scene. I confirmed with the mechanic that he would do the job. I was waiting until 18h and nothing. He did not answer me, nor was he pleased that he would not. I'm from another city and had to leave the bike in Sorocaba because I was waiting all day and he didn't show up. Do not trust this company.
