★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Brooklin Bike Café para o H.Bike fica na mesma rua, com o mesmo mestre na mecanica de bikea Ronaldo Hum que levou alem do maravilhoso atendimento, o café cremoao; a cerveja geladinha tudo entre amigos. Recomendadíssimo!
From Brooklin Bike Café to H.Bike it is on the same street, with the same master in bikea mechanics Ronaldo Hum who took the creamy coffee in addition to the wonderful service; the cold beer everything between friends. Very recommended!

Porém, ao ligar hoje dia 29/3, pra fazer uma pergunta sobre uma das rodas da bicicleta, fui super mal atendido pelo profissional Ronaldo. Grosseiro, dizendo que eu estava julgando a mão-de-obra deles, falando por cima de mim, tive de pedir pra ele parar e me escutar, pois eu só queria uma resposta do que poderia ter acontecido com a roda. Atitudes assim levam os clientes a desistir de voltar nos estabelecimentos, por conta de uma única pessoa, que pena.
I was very well attended by the professional Bruno, helped me and my mother in the evaluation of the bicycles in January. However, when calling today 3/29, to ask a question about one of the wheels of the bike, I was super poorly attended by professional Ronaldo. Rude, saying that I was judging their labor, talking over me, I had to ask him to stop and listen to me, because I just wanted an answer to what could have happened to the wheel. Such attitudes lead customers to give up returning to establishments, on account of a single person, what a pity.
