★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço até que é bom, MAS O ATENDIMENTO É PÉSSIMO. Pra fazer orçamento é uma beleza, mas depois que você paga o sinal, pronto. Paguei o sinal de um espelho de parede, recebi o prazo de 7 dias, já faz um mês e até hoje não recebi o espelho. Fora isso, tive que ligar várias vezes, mandar mensagem, e quando raramente havia uma resposta, era mais um prazo diferente. Descaso total, não recomendo.
The price is good, BUT THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Budgeting is great, but after you pay the deposit, that's it. I paid the deposit for a wall mirror, I received the period of 7 days, a month ago and until today I have not received the mirror. Other than that, I had to call several times, send a message, and when there was rarely an answer, it was more of a different time. Total neglect, do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei um pouco receosa, pois vi algumas avaliações negativas aqui, mas o Heraldo me garantiu e comprovou que trabalha com qualidade e rapidez, acertei ontem dois espelhos e já estão instalados. Eles tem mais de 30 anos no mercado e não merecem ser desacreditados, podem confiar!
I was a little afraid, as I saw some negative reviews here, but Heraldo assured me and proved that it works with quality and speed, yesterday I hit two mirrors and they are already installed. They have been on the market for over 30 years and they don't deserve to be discredited, you can trust them!

Apesar dos vários comentários na demora da entrega minha experiência foi bem diferente. Fiz pedido em um dia, no outro instalaram o meu box. O sr. Heraldo é muito atencioso. Baseada na minha experiência, super recomendo.
