PR o prestador de serviço que veio aqui vou fazer reclamações na claro e vou fazer uma queixa na polícia militar porque ele saio fazendo besteira ,eu vou encara como uma ameaça pois ele não foi homem de voltar e falar na minha cara !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do técnico de nome guilherme não foi nada satisfatória pois não resolveu o problema, devido ter recebido a orientação do seu supervisor de nome JEFERSON de nao concluir o serviço, pois consta em seus registros (da HS) mais de uma equipamento na minha residencia, o que não e verdade, confirmado na mesma hora com a NET atraves do telefone na presença do técnico de nome GUILHERME. Indaguei ao técnico o nome do seu SUPERVISOR, O QUE FOI NEGADO em uma primeiro momento, e que passou o nome do SUPERVISOR após eu cobra-lo insistentemente, e que na realidade não posso garantir se o nome dado seja real" negou dar o sobrenomes.

Falta de consideração, tive que desmarcar compromisso, pegar meu filho mais cedo na escola pro cara olhar e ir embora. Comprometimento 0, falta de respeito com consumidor... Só fui descubrir o nome do funcionário Lucas porque recebi um e-mail informando que minha residência não dá condições de instalar Internet. Isso se chama preguiça, nem deixou eu mostrar aonde seria a passagem do cabeamento e sem contar que eu já tenho Internet, só queria um plano melhor
