★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência Ruim com o corretor da Imobiliária Habilis: José Pontes (J. Pontes). O mesmo não prestou atendimento com agilidade, demorava para retornar dúvidas e não sabia quais documentos eram necessários para entrada em imóvel. Devido demora no processo, questionei se não havia risco de locação da residência por outra pessoa e o mesmo respondeu que "acreditava que não". Por fim, já com os documentos reunidos, após demora no esclarecimento de dúvidas e orientações, recebi resposta que outra pessoa havia dado entrada. Sendo assim, o atendimento de má qualidade influenciou no insucesso. Não recomendo esse profissional, o qual representa a empresa!
Bad experience with Habilis Realtor: José Pontes (J. Pontes). The same did not provide service quickly, took time to answer questions and did not know which documents were needed to enter the property. Due to the delay in the process, I asked if there was no risk of leasing the residence by someone else and he replied that he "believed not". Finally, with the documents gathered, after a delay in clarifying doubts and guidelines, I received an answer that someone else had entered. Therefore, poor quality care influenced failure. I do not recommend this professional, who represents the company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesquisei sobre essa imobiliária e eles tem alguns processo pelo mesmo motivo que eu estou passando , mas não sei se adianta contrata advogado porque quando a carta chega pra eles ir pra júri ele alegam que não são daquele local , QUEM FOR ALUGA ALGO COM ELES TOMEM CUIDADO SAO OPORTUNISTAS , tem pessoas a 4 anos esperando pra eles arruma a casa . CUIDADO

I researched about this real estate and they have some lawsuits for the same reason that I am going through, but I don't know if there is any use in hiring a lawyer because when the letter arrives for them to go to the jury they claim that they are not from that place, WHO IS RENTING SOMETHING WITH THEY TAKE CARE SAO OPPORTUNISTAS, there are people for 4 years waiting for them to fix the house. CAUTION

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária, são totalmente omissos aos problemas informados para eles. Estou com água escorrendo na parede da minha casa, por conta de uma infiltração e a imobiliária até agora não resolveu a situação e ainda por cima disseram que não correremos riscos por conta deste problema. A atendente do local, trata os clientes de forma hostil e debochada. Além dos proprietários que são totalmente omissos em relação aos problemas. Péssimo atendimento e péssima resolução de problemas!!!
