De forma injustificada quis reajustar o valor do aluguel acima do previsto no contrato, e como não aceitei, o mesmo sem nenhuma negociação, pediu o imóvel, mesmo a gente estando em dia com as nossas obrigações, gerando um grande transtorno para a minha família, que em menos de 30 dias teve que providenciar outro imóvel e passar pelo transtorno de uma mudança, e para a nossa surpresa ao sair, essa imobiliária alugou o apartamento pelo mesmo valor, sem nenhum reajuste. Total falta de respeito com o locatário.
I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company, lousy professional and without credibility. In an unjustified way, I wanted to readjust the value of the rent above the contract, and as I did not accept it, the same without any negotiation, asked for the property, even if we were up to date with our obligations, causing a great inconvenience for my family, that in less than 30 days had to arrange another property and go through the inconvenience of a change, and to our surprise on leaving, this real estate rented the apartment for the same amount, without any adjustment. Total lack of respect with the renter.
