Fui buscar meu produto e o mesmo constava desmontado, assim ficou uma semana desmontado.
Levei em outro lugar para cotar, eles verificaram que o produto havia sido montado de forma incorreta o termostato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um filtro, desses filtros de água de tratamento de água que vem da concessionária, chegando em casa percebi que comprei errado, liguei pra eles, me disseram pra voltar e trocar, no dia da troca percebi que tinha esquecido a nota em casa, conversei é expliquei a situação, eles trocaram é o outro filtro era mais barato ainda me devolveram troco, parabéns a equipe, praticidade e a vontade de resolver o problema do cliente tem um peso muito grande no atendimento. Super recomendo!!
