Fiz análise microbiológica da água ao ser filtrada pelo aparelho e foi totalmente reprovado no teste, não mostrou nenhuma eficiência bacteriológica. Entrei em contato com a empresa para falar com o setor de qualidade, mas parece que a empresa não tem e só consigo falar com vendedores. Ao instalarem o aparelho em minha residência, percebi que o aparelho não possui nenhum selo mostrando sequer o consumo de energia. Estou abrindo processo no PROCON.

These purifiers do not do what salespeople say over the phone. I did a microbiological analysis of the water when it was filtered by the device and it was totally failed in the test, it didn't show any bacteriological efficiency. I contacted the company to speak to the quality sector, but it seems that the company does not have it and I can only speak to salespeople. When installing the appliance in my home, I realized that the appliance does not have any seal showing even the energy consumption. I am suing PROCON.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho esse puficador de água desde 2017 e estou muito contente. Faço o teste mensalmente no pH somente para monitorando da troca dos elementos filtrantes. A água sempre está alcalina (azul). Contudo, troco de seis em seis meses o elemento filtrante. Fazendo dessa forma, você terá sempre uma água alcalina e livre de bactérias. Recomendo demais esse puficador.
I've had this water dispenser since 2017 and I'm very happy. I do the pH test monthly just to monitor the replacement of filter elements. The water is always alkaline (blue). However, I change the filter element every six months. By doing this, you will always have alkaline and bacteria-free water. I highly recommend this purifier.
