★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem citarei a falta de educação e não estávamos consumindo nada em lugar algum, apenas passando pelo local, mas: LEI federal N.º 3.286, de 2008, Art. 3º - São considerados como prédios e estabelecimentos de uso público, além dos prédios de prestação de serviços da área pública em geral, as oficinas de todos os tipos, as casas comerciais varejistas e atacadistas de todos os gêneros, os serviços de BARES, restaurantes e hotéis, as casas de serviço bancário, as empresas de transporte e congêneres, os serviços de estações rodoviárias, ferroviárias e aeroportos e os prédios de prestadores de serviço de qualquer natureza.
Art. 4º - A utilização dos banheiros públicos de que trata esta lei, pelos usuários, será sempre de forma GRATUITA.
Nós iríamos consumir uma água (no caso ainda seria uma prática abusiva obrigar que algo seja consumido, mas poderiam por exemplo, mudar a placa na porta e cobrar algum valor específico pelo uso do banheiro já que não e existe lei que impeça) e mesmo assim não pudemos (2 pessoas) entrar por que "cada um teria que consumir algo".
A nota baixa foi pela total falta de educação dos funcionários e por impedir uma pessoa praticamente passando mal de utilizar o banheiro.

We would consume water (in this case it would still be an abusive practice to force something to be consumed, but they could, for example, change the sign on the door and charge a specific amount for the use of the bathroom, since there is no and there is a law to prevent it) and even so we couldn't (2 people) enter because "each one would have to consume something".
The low score was for the total lack of education of the employees and for preventing a person practically feeling ill from using the bathroom.
