★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido e demorou uma hora e meia além do prazo máximo. Entrei em contato e me falaram que o entregador já estava a caminho. Depois de mais meia hora de atraso não me responderam mais e houve cancelamento do pedido. Muito decepcionado
I placed the order and it took an hour and a half beyond the deadline. I contacted them and they told me that the delivery man was already on his way. After another half hour of delay, they didn't answer me anymore and the order was cancelled. very disappointed

Normalmente não tenho problema, mas já tive mais de uma vez com atraso na entrega. O pior é que ao perguntar pelo atraso no chat, não tive resposta por duas vezes. Ao ligar, a pessoa pediu desculpas e informou que a entrega está a caminho o que está há 30 minutos, desde a informação de que saiu para entrega.
I've been a customer for a long time, buying through Ifood.
Normally I don't have a problem, but I've had more than once a delay in delivery. The worst thing is that when I asked about the delay in the chat, I didn't get an answer twice. When calling, the person apologized and informed that the delivery is on its way which has been 30 minutes since the information that it left for delivery.

Bad experience. The Ifood order took 2 1/2 hours and the sandwich arrived cold and the bread crumbling in mayonnaise. The potato chips, cold and soaked in oil. How much disappointment; lack of competence and seriousness. Grade zero.
