Sou cliente assíduo do The Fifties Plaza Shopping Niterói, bem como do TK Burguer Brás de Pina e fui convidado, inicialmente receoso pela qualidade, a provar uma das obras do Joe nessa casa. O que faz do Fifties a melhor hamburgueria artesanal do mundo são seus pães e seus blends. Óbvio. Hambúrguer é nada mais do que pão com carne. Os segredos, pois cozinha é segredo, vão do talento do chefe. E Joe se superou. Similar aos sofisticados hamburgueres aos quais estou acostumado na alta hamburgueria gourmet e a preços acessíveis. A população do entorno merecia essa qualidade. Nota mil.
Great gastronomic experience suggested by my partner Celso in homage to Joe, head of this humble, but very honest cuisine. I am a regular customer of The Fifties Plaza Shopping Niterói, as well as TK Burguer Brás de Pina and I was invited, initially afraid of the quality, to try one of Joe's works in that house. What makes Fifties the best artisanal hamburger in the world are its breads and blends. Obvious. Hamburger is nothing more than bread and meat. The secrets, because cooking is a secret, range from the chef's talent. And Joe outdid himself. Similar to the sophisticated burgers that I am used to at high gourmet hamburgers and at affordable prices. The surrounding population deserved this quality. Note thousand.
