★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui uma vez fui atendida acho que pelo gerente, tudo ótimo tempo bom de entrega, mas na segunda vez tinha uma moça atendendo, não disse nem boa noite, tempo de entrega altíssimo e só tinha mais uma mesa para atender, mas o pior de tudo é que enquanto tava terminando meu hambúrguer a moça veio e tirou tudo da mesa começou a limpar, fiquei completamente constrangida e sem entender nada, nem esperou terminar de comer pra tirar tudo da mesa, muito decepcionada com isso, o ambiente e o sabor da comida é muito boa, mas ela estragou toda experiência.
I was attended once, I was attended by the manager, I think, all great, good delivery time, but the second time there was a girl attending, she didn't even say good night, very high delivery time and there was only one more table to attend, but the worst of everything is that while I was finishing my hamburger the lady came and took everything off the table and started cleaning, I was completely embarrassed and didn't understand anything, didn't even wait to finish eating to take everything off the table, very disappointed with this, the atmosphere and the taste of food is very good but it spoiled the whole experience.

Fiz um pedido de 6 X BACON e todos vieram sem BACON! Dai liguei pra informar dai alguém que não se identificou quis resolver em outro pedido e comer sem bacon. Depois disse que não tinha oque fazer pois eu tinha "aberto" os lanches e falou pra cancelar o pedido pegar os lanches de volta. Por fim ligou dizendo que ia mandar o bacon a parte pra eu colocar os lanches e só dessa vez se desculpou e assumiu o erro. (obs: ainda disse que os lanches saíram certo da cozinha)!!!

I placed an order for 6 X BACON and they all came without BACON! Then I called to inform dai someone who did not identify wanted to solve in another order and eat without bacon. Then he said he had nothing to do because I had "opened" the snacks and told me to cancel the order to get the snacks back. Finally he called saying he was going to send the bacon aside for me to put the snacks on and only this time did he apologize and assume the error. (note: I even said that the snacks came out right from the kitchen) !!!
