★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, mandaram mensagem falando que não tinha troco, motoboy não sabe usar localização e procurar um endereço no GPS. Me fizeram esperar uma hora e meia pra cancelar o pedido sem justificativa. Não atende telefone. PÉSSIMO!!!!
Bad service, they sent a message saying there was no change, a courier doesn't know how to use a location and look for an address on the GPS. They made me wait an hour and a half to cancel the order without justification. He doesn't answer the phone. TERRIBLE!!!!

Não fazem questão de tratar o cliente como ele merece e de oferecer o mínimo suporte para clientes insatisfeitos com pedidos vindo errados ou atrasados. Pedi algumas vezes lá e todas as vezes tive a mesma experiência ruim, enfim, não podem dizer que eu não tentei virar cliente fiel, uma pena.
Extremely rude service, uneducated staff. They do not make a point of treating the customer as they deserve and offering minimal support to customers dissatisfied with orders coming in wrong or late. I asked a few times there and every time I had the same bad experience, anyway, you can't say that I didn't try to become a loyal customer, a pity.
