★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vdd msm somos clientes ai há um tempo e os lanches era enormes e gostosos mais hoje fui comprar a sacola estava tão leve q achei q fosse pão francês com hambúrguer mais e realmente gostoso pena perder a quantidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos 2 lanches, o "bacon" teve o custo de 15 reais, veio 3 hamburguers industrializados, aqueles meio sem sabor, nenhuma salada, pouco molho e o bacon, que era o diferencial, veio umas 5 a 10 fatias de 0,5 cm...
Levando em consideração que BK oferece promoção de 2 lanches por 15 reais, com toda infraestrutura de uma franquia mundial, achei um exagero o valor diante o produto, que não é de excelência.
O segundo lanche foi de cheddar, e esse sim, não foi nem mediano, porque o sabor do cheddar era falso, aquelas pastas que vem em bisnaga, muito ruim MESMO, foi para o lixo.
Tentei dar uma força, por estarem no começo e tal, mas terão que fazer lanches realmente incríveis ou terão que diminuir a margem de lucro, assim estão fadados a falência.

The second snack was cheddar, and this one was not even average, because the cheddar flavor was fake, those pastes that come in a tube, really bad, it was thrown away.
I tried to give it a go, because they are at the beginning and such, but they will have to have really amazing snacks or they will have to reduce the profit margin, so they are doomed to bankruptcy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche é muito bom, mas infelizmente fiz um pedido uma vez e entregaram errado, liguei para avisar que estava faltando e me atenderam super mal, inclusive cancelei porque o atendente disse que eu teria que pagar uma nova taxa de entrega.
E a mais ou menos duas semanas, minha mãe fez um pedido às 21:20, e nada do lanche chegar. Quando foi 00:00 mandaram mensagem no WhatsApp alegando que só teriam visualizado a mensagem naquele momento, e que se ela quisesse o lanche teria que aguardar 01 hora ou seja, o lanche só seria entregue 01:00 hora da manhã sendo que ela fez o pedido 21:20 isso é um absurdo. Como eles colocam essa opção de pedido pelo aplicativo e não "visualizam"? ( visualizaram porque eu vi no aplicativo que estava visualizado.)
Pior atendimento que eu já vi!!! e não aceitam que estão errados e acaba sendo em um todo horrível não recomendo a ninguém!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! No início era muito bom! Depois relaxaram e a qualidade do lanche e do atendimento caiu muito. Pra vcs terem idéia o meu primeiro problema com eles foi ter ficado 45 minutos aguardando la mesmo presencialmente o preparo dos lanches que já havia pago. É a mocinha simplesmente esqueceu de deixar meu pedido na cozinha. Ou seja tive que aguardar praticamente 2 horas pra levar o lanche. Depois numa outra ocasião solicitei o lanche via whats o lanche demorou tive que ligar reclamando, enfim quando o lanche chegou pra minha surpresa não veio batata, tornei a ligar pra reclamar e a atendente ainda achou ruim, foi irônica! Nunca mais comprei e não recomendo. No início como eu disse era ótimo mesmo em tudo, depois eles inventaram de abrir mais duas lanchonetes uma no morrinhos e outra se eu não me engano na são João, além de manter a do jd progresso. E daí por diante a qualidade caiu dmais. Tanto que depois permaneceu somente a do jd progresso. Porém deixaram a qualidade do lanche e a satisfação dos clientes de lado. Na última ocasião que estive la um casal com uma criança ficaram por horas aguardando e de tanto q demorou desistiram de esperar os lanches péssimo!

And from then on the quality dropped further. So much so that afterwards only that of progress has remained. However, they left the quality of the snack and customer satisfaction aside. On the last occasion that I was there, a couple with a child waited for hours and after so long they gave up waiting for the bad snacks!
