I made an order, they confirmed it, I spent over an hour waiting, I got in touch, and they didn't even answer me. It looks really good, but I couldn't even taste it, it was a horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche é bom o açaí é maravilhoso só que peçam cedo é no mínimo 2 horas pra entregar quando está vazio. Eu mesmo pedi um açaí em uma quarta feira ás 20:40 fiz o comentário as 22:22 e ainda não chegou meu lanche
The snack is good, the açaí is wonderful, but if you order it early, it's at least 2 hours to deliver it when it's empty. I ordered an açaí on a Wednesday at 20:40, I made the comment at 22:22 and my snack still didn't arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um descaso com o cliente, tem duas horas que fiz o pedido e pergunto pelo whats e não tenho resposta, um completo descaso com o cliente, não tem telefone pra ligar e não atende ligação pelo whats, se vc quiser que espere meia hora pra confirmar se o lanche está vindo ou não. Tenho tudo registrado pra não falarem que é invenção.
