★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima , fiz o pedido por telefone demorou quase duas horas pra chegar na minha casa o lanche chegou muito frio , a salada do hamburgue muito salgada nunca comi um lanche tão ruim não recomendo pra ninguem espero que eles melhorem muito pra um dia eu voltar a experimentar
My experience was terrible, I made the order by phone took almost two hours to get to my house the snack arrived very cold, the very salty hamburger salad never ate such a bad snack I do not recommend it to anyone I hope they get much better for one day I try again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho um descaso a forma que fui tratada quando fui fazer meu pedido, hj mesmo foi fazer um pedido via Whatsapp, tirei algumas dúvidas até aí tudo bem, descidi o que eu iria querer por fim não me responderam, mas visualizam as minhas msgs.
essa não é a única observação que tenho a fazer, em duas vezes distintas que conseguir realizar o pedido demorou 3 horas para chegar e quando chegou adivinha veio errado, mais 1 hora para vir o que pedir de início. sinceramente precisa melhorar em algumas coisas, infelizmente eles não tem estrutura para suportar tanta demanda.
Obs. Gostaria que colocar prints de como fui tratada
I find it a disregard to the way I was treated when I placed my order, hj was to place an order via Whatsapp, I made some doubts so far, I descended what I would want finally did not answer me, but visualize my msgs.
This is not the only remark I have to make, on two separate occasions that getting the order took 3 hours to arrive and when it came guess what came wrong, another 1 hour to see what to ask in the beginning. Sincerely need to improve on some things, unfortunately they do not have structure to support so much demand.
Note I would like to put prints of how I was treated

Em meio a uma Pandemia, apostamos e confiamos em pedidos via Delivery por maior comodidade e maior segurança, assim prezando pelo menor risco possivel de contaminação da COVID-19.
Realizamos um pedido neste tarde: Baião de Dois com Picanha na Pedra "GRANDE" por R$ 58,00.
Qdo se expressa grande, espera-se que realmente atenda ao número mínimo de pessoas ao qual foi direcionado.
Infelizmente não foi o que encontramos quando recebemos o pedido. Qdo lê-se picanha não é subentendido que viriam pedaços de tamanhos infantis, pois é entendido que um bife pesa em média 120g.
Gostaria de salientar que o baião de dois GRANDE sugerido pelo local servem apenas duas pessoas adultas e que uma seja mulher, levando em consideração que uma mulher ingere uma quantidade inferior ao homem.
E que no seu panfleto de divulgação deveria conter a mensagem de imagem meramente ilustrativa, para que não haja falsas expectativas.
Infelizmente ficamos insatisfeitos com o pedido recebido e esperamos que outros não tenha a mesma recepção visto não valer um terço do preço pago.

In the midst of a Pandemic, we bet and trust orders via Delivery for greater convenience and greater security, thus valuing the lowest possible risk of contamination of COVID-19.
We placed an order this afternoon: Baião de Dois with Picanha na Pedra "GRANDE" for R $ 58.00.
When it is large, it is expected to really meet the minimum number of people to whom it was directed.
Unfortunately it was not what we found when we received the order. When reading picanha, it is not understood that pieces of children's sizes would come, as it is understood that a steak weighs an average of 120g.
I would like to point out that the two GRANDE baião suggested by the place serve only two adult people and that one is a woman, taking into account that a woman ingests a smaller amount than a man.
And that in its disclosure pamphlet it should contain the message of image merely illustrative, so that there are no false expectations.
Unfortunately we were dissatisfied with the order received and we hope that others will not have the same receipt as it is not worth a third of the price paid.
