O restante tudo foi muito bom, so deixou a desejar nesses pontos.
A single waiter, to get all the available tables were dirty, hotroll without salmon and shimeji with strange taste.
The rest was all very good, just left to be desired at these points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Único restaurante japonês que abre para almoço que consegui encontrar em Matão. Ambiente gostoso e tudo muito limpo. Não serve Atum, meu peixe preferido, uma pena. Eu sempre avalio o sashimi pela aparência, corte e se está gelado ou não. A aparência e corte estavam ótimos, mas podia estar mais gelado. Quanto aos sushis, pedi Joe de pimenta biquinho, de geleia de pimenta e de crisp de couve. Estavam ótimos. O Temaki de salmão é de tamanho bem pequeno, o que eu gosto muito, mas precisa levar a mesa mais rápido, antes da alga começar a murchar. O arroz do sushi estava muito doce e com pouco vinagre, o que não é da minha preferência. O guioza eu gosto que seja servido com molho próprio pois o shoio sozinho deixa ele muito salgado. Os niguiris parecem que foram feitos na esteira e não à mão, o que deixa o arroz muito compactado e o pedaço de peixe "enterrado" no arroz. Eu prefiro os feitos a mão. No geral, a experiência foi boa! Recomendo. Ah, ótimo atendimento e também rápido, ideal para que está em viajem de negócios.
The only Japanese restaurant that opens for lunch that I was able to find in Matão. Yummy environment and everything very clean. It doesn't serve Tuna, my favorite fish, a shame. I always evaluate the sashimi by its appearance, cut and if it is cold or not. The look and cut were great, but it could have been colder. As for sushi, I asked Joe for pepper pout, pepper jelly and kale crisp. They were great. The salmon Temaki is very small in size, which I like very much, but it needs to get to the table faster, before the seaweed starts to wilt. The sushi rice was very sweet and with little vinegar, which is not my preference. I like the guioza to be served with its own sauce because the shoio alone makes it very salty. The niguiris look like they were made on the mat and not by hand, which makes the rice very compacted and the piece of fish "buried" in the rice. I prefer the handmade ones. Overall, the experience was good! I recommend. Ah, great service and also fast, ideal for business travelers.
