Recomendo que todos façam uma visita sem compromisso a loja.
I bought some shirts there and I liked the quality of the product and the service, if you happen to be strolling through the Aricanduva mall be sure to visit this store, I'm sure you will find something that pleases you, it has many varieties and the service is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Handbook mudou o estilo e acertou em cheio, roupas bem costuradas e com ótimo caimento. Vou ao shopping aricanduva somente por causa do atendimento desta loja , os vendedores atenciosos, prestativos mesmo quando se trata de uma simples troca. Nunca consigo sair com apenas uma peça, os vendedores olham o seu corpo e dão opções de roupas que cai no corpo como se tivesse feito sob medida. A equipe toda está de parabéns deveria servir de padrão para outras lojas de outros shoppings. Não lembro de nomes, mas podem ir que todos eles atendem super bem , muita paciência e gentileza. Pena que só posso dar 5 estrelas. Gratidão pela satisfação , cada centavo gasto é muito válido.
The Handbook changed the style and nailed it, clothes well sewn and with great fit. I go to the aricanduva mall only because of the service at this store, the attentive, helpful salespeople even when it comes to a simple exchange. I can never go out with just one piece, the salespeople look at your body and give you options for clothes that fall on your body as if you were tailor-made. The whole team is to be congratulated should serve as a standard for other stores in other malls. I don't remember names, but you can go that they all serve very well, a lot of patience and kindness. Too bad I can only give 5 stars. Gratitude for satisfaction, every penny spent is very valid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja realmente é maravilhosa para nós magrinhas, exatamente tudo que eu provei vestiu super bem. Tava precisando renovar meu guarda-roupa, achei um bom lugar! Só não gostei do atendimento. Você entra ninguém te atende, e a senhora que me atendeu, super grossa, muito invasiva, tive a impressão que estava atendendo por obrigação. Posso está errada, mas parece que eles substimam os clientes, sem nem mesmo ter como saber das condições financeiras.
Fomos realmente disposto a comprar mais peça, mas acabei que tirei tudo só peguei 2, vou fazer minhas compras, pelo site, ou vou procurar uma loja em outra localidade!
Só uma dica pros "vendedores" dessa loja, "não substimem seus clientes, vocês não sabem das condições financeiras de ninguém". A senhora que me atendeu, deixou de bater a meta dela do mês! (RS).
OBS: SÓ VOU DAR 2 ESTRELAS PELA PÉSSIMA VENDEDORA. PRA LOJA 5 ⭐ com certeza!
The store is really wonderful for us skinny ones, exactly everything I tasted fit really well. I needed to renew my wardrobe, I found a good place! I just didn't like the service. You come in, no one answers you, and the lady who attended me, super rude, very invasive, I had the impression that she was taking care of me out of obligation. I can be wrong, but it seems that they underestimate their customers, without even knowing the financial conditions.
We were really willing to buy more pieces, but I ended up taking them all off and I only got 2, I'm going to do my shopping, through the website, or I'm going to look for a store in another location!
Just a tip for the "salesmen" of this store, "don't belittle your customers, you don't know anyone's financial condition". The lady who attended me missed her goal for the month! (LOL).
NOTE: I WILL ONLY GIVE 2 STARS TO THE BAD SELLER. TO STORE 5 ⭐ for sure!
