★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro hoje neste lava jato, por os demais estarem lotados, a atendente informou esta só com um carro na vez, pois bem, DEIXEI A CHAVE COM A ATENDENTE, fazendo um cadastro prévio para contato e fui informado de mais ou menos 1h estaria pronto, dei o tempo e fui buscar o carro. ACREDITE, o dono do estabelecimento passou a minha vez, para outro carro que era um DUSTER, e o meu por ser um CLIO, foi escanteada. Ao falar com a atendente, a mesma confirmou que o dono quis que passasse a frente, o mesmo viu dirigir-me as mesmas e tão pouco me deu atenção, ao falar com o proprietário, fui informada de terem perdido a chave, sendo que assim que cheguei a chave estava no balcão ao lado do carro, COMO ASSIM?? Foi deixado o contato, e momento nenhum ligaram, afirmo,por trabalhar com o celular, e nem registro foi feito. Não fui bem tratada pelo proprietário, fez pouco caso e ainda deu a desculpa mais esfarrapado do mundo! Me senti discriminada, por meu carro ser popular e os demais serem elitizado deixando a imagem de que fazem acepção de clientes. Você que tem o carro popular como o meu NÃO RECOMENDO!
I left my car in this car wash today, because the others are full, the attendant informed this one with only one car at a time, well, I LEFT THE KEY WITH THE CATTENDANT, making a prior registration for contact and I was informed of about 1 hour it would be that's it, I took the time and went to get the car. BELIEVE, the owner of the establishment passed my turn, to another car that was a DUSTER, and mine, being a CLIO, was sidelined. When talking to the attendant, she confirmed that the owner wanted her to go ahead, she saw them directing me and paid me no attention, when talking to the owner, I was informed that they had lost the key, so when I arrived the key was on the counter next to the car, HOW DOES THAT?? The contact was left, and at no time they called, I say, because I work with the cell phone, and no registration was made. I wasn't treated well by the owner, ignored it and even gave the most lame excuse in the world! I felt discriminated against, because my car was popular and the others were elite, leaving the image that they were accepted by customers. You who have a popular car like mine I DON'T RECOMMEND!
