★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima opção de lanche em Juiz de Fora. O local oferece lanches bem variados com opções de bife de hambúrguer tradicional, peito de peru, porco, frango, picanha e o meu xodó, filé mignon! Os lanches são todos muito gostosos e além de tudo isso, um horário de atendimento bem extenso. A perfeita opção para o lanche pós balada.
 Great lunch option in Juiz de Fora. The place offers a wide variety of snacks with options of traditional hamburger steak, turkey breast, pork, chicken, picanha and my favorite, filet mignon! The snacks are all very tasty and in addition to all that, a very extensive opening hours. The perfect option for an after party snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda vez que vou. Atendimento péssimo; hambúrguer seco, uma única opção vegetariana. A atendente não me disse que hambúrguer vegetariano tem uma taxa de acréscimo em cada valor do hambúrguer tradicional de carne. Na hora de pagar que descobri. Portanto sugeri a gerente/ dona que colocasse essa taxa de acréscimo no cardápio e a mesma foi irônica respondendo que irá fazer um novo cardápio completo. Foi ridículo.
Second time I go. Bad service; dry hamburger, a single vegetarian option. The attendant didn't tell me that veggie burgers have a surcharge on each value of the traditional beef burger. When it was time to pay I found out. So I suggested the manager/owner to put this addition fee on the menu and she was ironic in answering that she will make a new complete menu. It was ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou postar a minha indignação em TODAS as redes sociais sim pq essa empresa é um descaso com os clientes. Pedimos um lanche por um app e efetuamos o pagamento na mesma hora; pois bem, com mais de 1:30 de atraso ligamos para o estabelecimento em busca de uma explicação…
segundo a atendente o motoboy já havia saído com o nosso pedido, só que o lanche NUNCA chegou pra gente!!!
Liguei mais de 10x e pelo visto tiraram o telefone do gancho pra não dar explicações, deixei mensagem no WhatsApp e Instagram e simplesmente IGNORARAM TODAS as minhas queixas. O MÍNIMO era algum tipo de satisfação pois pagamos por um lanche que nunca recebemos, mas pelo visto não fazem questão de ser cordiais com clientes que estão pagando pelo serviço.
Ainda a espera do reembolso, se não tomarei medidas cabíveis.
Péssimo atendimento, péssima experiência, não indico nem pro meu pior inimigo.
Ps: se for ver a pesquisa de satisfação nas redes sociais e app de comida, muitas pessoas passaram raiva, assim como eu.
I will post my outrage on ALL social media yes because this company is a disregard for customers. We ordered a snack through an app and made the payment at the same time; well, with more than 1:30 of delay we called the establishment in search of an explanation…
according to the attendant, the motoboy had already left with our order, but the snack NEVER arrived for us!!!
I called more than 10 times and apparently they took the phone off the hook so I wouldn't give explanations, I left a message on WhatsApp and Instagram and they just IGNORED ALL my complaints. The MINIMUM was some kind of satisfaction because we paid for a snack that we never received, but apparently they don't make a point of being cordial with customers who are paying for the service.
Still waiting for a refund, if I don't take appropriate action.
Bad service, bad experience, I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy.
Ps: if you look at the satisfaction survey on social media and the food app, many people were angry, just like me.
