O pedido demora mais de 1 hora e meia pra chegar na mesa. O suco veio errado.
O ponto positivo é o sabor.
If you come hungry, you will suffer.
The order takes more than 1 hour and a half to reach the table. The juice came wrong.
The good thing is the taste.

Service is terrible, I spoke to an attendant who was very rude not to mention that my order came wrong, and when I complained he was very ironic, I will never buy from this place again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amava o hambúrguer de lá, que aliás era a melhor comida deles. Porém nessa última ocasião demoraram 2h para que o entregador perdido que não "atendia" eles chegasse. Tive que ir lá buscar e só fui porque tava morrendo de fome e ia demorar uma eternidade pra quase meia noite pedir outra comida. O entregador ainda soltou piada pra gente. Não nos respondiam pra dar retorno.. Um completo descaso com o cliente.
I loved the hamburger there, which by the way was their best food. However, on this last occasion, it took 2 hours for the lost delivery man who didn't "answer" them to arrive. I had to go there to get it and I only went because I was starving and it would take forever for almost midnight to ask for another meal. The delivery guy even joked about us. They didn't answer us to give back.. A complete disregard for the customer.
