Já passei por 4 médicos urologista,e com encaminhamento eles querem me cobrar,porque não realizar pelo plano.
Eu pago 300 reais por mês e o plano não tem médicos disponíveis para realizar.
Cada um me cobra 1000 ou 1500 chega ser um absurdo.
O plano não resolve essa situação que já se procede a 90 dias Estou com 2 encaminhamento e nada é resolvido.
Não indico o plano,informação errada dos próprios funcionários.
Esse foi o plano que o Senhor Prefeito deu aos funcionários públicos.

I've been through 4 urologist doctors, and with referral they want to charge me, because they don't carry out by the plan.
I pay 300 reais per month and the plan has no doctors available to perform.
Each one charges me 1000 or 1500 is absurd.
