★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima desde as primeiras consultas com minha esposa gestante. Ambiente de aparência da questionável, desorganizado, erram nas marcações de consultas e atrasos são frequentes (quase 100% das vezes). Triste como uma clínica do Hapvida pode ser tão ruim.
 Bad experience since the first consultations with my pregnant wife. Questionable, disorganized appearance environment, make mistakes in appointments and delays are frequent (almost 100% of the time). Sad how a Hapvida clinic can be so bad.

Se a consulta for às 7:00h e você chegar no local 6:30h, deve aguardar até as 7:00h (abertura das portas) no meio da rua, e não importa se tem criança no colo das mães, idosos ou outro tipo de paciente.
Se sujeitar a ficar na rua correndo riscos, Hapvida, é demais!
Pense nas mães e nos idosos que têm de ficar em pé!
Terrible attendance!
If the appointment is at 7:00 am and you arrive at the location at 6:30 am, you must wait until 7:00 am (doors open) in the middle of the street, and it does not matter if you have a child on your mothers lap, elderly or other type of patient.
If you subject yourself to being on the street taking risks, Hapvida, it's too much!
Think of the mothers and the elderly who have to stand!

Sofri muito até encontrar ela, como sou de primeira viagem queria uma médica que atendesse muito bem minha bebê, então deixo minha sugestão para as mamães de primeira viagem assim como eu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é realmente muito bom nessa clinica, infelizmente me senti insegura ao ir no banheiro, o banheiro da clínica assim como o da sala ginecológica tem janelas com fumê, não tem como saber oque tem atrás das janelas, isso é muito desconfortável...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa unidade foi a única que visitamos que são desorganizados, o médico que ia nos atender, chegou com 1h39 de atraso, e atrasou todo o atendimento. E ainda chegou já unidade doente, não podendo tocar nos pacientes. (Infantil) Recepção o atendimento é excelente. Limpeza questionável.
This unit was the only one we visited that are disorganized, the doctor who was going to see us arrived 1h39 late, and delayed the entire service. And even the sick unit arrived, not being able to touch the patients. (Children) Reception service is excellent. Questionable cleanliness.
