Marquei uma dermatologista pra 8:30 porque era o horário mais cedo que tinha, quando a médica chegou era 9:30 e ainda ficou recebendo representante de laboratório antes de chamar. Falta de respeito conosco, pago em dia o plano pra isso ? E nem tem todas as especialidades para um endereço bem localizado e perto de casa.
Doctors should arrive early as we make an early appointment. I scheduled a dermatologist for 8:30 because it was the earliest time I had, when the doctor arrived it was 9:30 and she was still receiving a laboratory representative before calling. Lack of respect for us, I pay the plan for it on time ? And it doesn't even have all the specialties for an address well located and close to home.
