★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O plano é horrível, poucos médicos atendem, na hapclinica a gente pode esperar o atraso dos médicos, mas se a gente se atrasar 5min perdemos a consulta, é uma vergonha a hapvida.
 The plan is horrible, few doctors attend, in hapclinica we can expect the delay of doctors, but if we are late 5min we missed the appointment, is a shame to hapvida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hapvida melhor plano de saúde eu e minha filha temos não tenho do q reclamar até hoje a mais de 6 anos q tenho esse plano já fiz cirurgia minha filha tbm, até nunca me deixaram na mão, e tenho mais 2 filhos e pretendo fazer o plano deles tbm... satisfeita.
Hapvida best health plan me and my daughter have not have to complain to this day for over 6 years now I have this plan I have had surgery my daughter also, until they never left me, and I have 2 more children and I intend to make the plan of them too ... satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente! meu filho tem esse plano há mais de 8 anos, já passou por 3 intervenções cirúrgicas, algumas internações, inúmeros atendimentos no pronto socorro etc. Fiz todo pre natal da minha filha e não me faltou nada, ela também é sempre bem atendida; Enfim sempre fomos bem atendidos e tratados com respeito. Não faria outro plano de saúde, pois estamos muito satisfeito com a prestadora de serviços HAPVIDA.
Great! My son has had this plan for over 8 years, has already had 3 surgical interventions, some hospitalizations, numerous emergency room visits, etc. I did my daughter's every Christmas and I didn't miss anything, she is also always well attended; Anyway we have always been well attended and treated with respect. I would not make another health plan, as we are very pleased with the HAPVIDA service provider.
