★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço muito pequeno, tem uma fila enorme pra entrar e quando entra, precisa ficar em pé, por muito tempo e pra piorar não tem cadeiras suficiente para todos.
 Very small space, there is a huge queue to get in and when you get in, you have to stand for a long time and to make matters worse, there are not enough chairs for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ acho um absurdo o fato de ter um estacionamento enorme e cliente n poder colocar o carro lá, tendo em vista que não há onde estacionar por ali perto.
No mais é organizado, limpo, não há bagunça de gente esperando.
I think it's absurd that there is a huge parking lot and the customer can't put the car there, given that there's nowhere to park nearby.
The rest is organized, clean, there is no mess of people waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em todas as vezes que estive lá para coleta foram super rápidas, porém a última vez dia 12/01/22 assim que cheguei estava uma fila enorme do lado de fora. Assim que cheguei informei que meu filho de 2 anos estava em jejum para poder coletar o sangue. E perguntei sobre a prioridade pois era uma criança em jejum. Fui informada que não existia prioridade e que devia esperar na fila. Esperamos 15 min do lado de fora, mais 20 pra poder ser chamada a ficha e mais uns 10 pra ser chamado para retirar o sangue. Não sei o que estava havendo naquele dia mais essa não é uma conduta que esperamos de um plano de saúde.
All the times I was there for collection they were super fast, but the last time on 01/12/22 as soon as I arrived there was a huge queue outside. As soon as I arrived, I informed him that my 2-year-old son was fasting so he could collect the blood. And I asked about the priority because I was a fasting child. I was informed that there was no priority and that I should wait in line. We waited 15 minutes outside, another 20 to be able to call the form and another 10 to be called to draw the blood. I don't know what was going on that day, but this is not a behavior we expect from a health plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um eletroencefalograma.
Muita gente, na sala de espera. As salas do exame são separadas por biombos e onde deveria ser silencioso, o barulho impera! Misturam crianças e adultos no mesmo ambiente. Pra piorar, no meu resultado indicaram o procedimento de hiperventilação que não foi feito!
Meu companheiro ligou diversas vezes pra refazer o exame em outro local por não confiar mais no procedimento feito e a atendente, sem saber que estava em ligação (gravada na mensagem de voz- temos a gravação), o chamou de gigolô e que se aproveita de mim querendo me dar como louca pra receber dinheiro em meu nome. Eu simplesmente não tenho conhecimento na área de saúde, nem tempo e nem paciência pra resolver essas incompetências da Hapvida.
Houve um erro grave no procedimento, inclusive a neurologista (que pagamos particular) descartou o exame e nós que temos que ouvir desaforos.
Esse é o nível de atendimento da HAPVIDA, se antes já não confiava no exame, agora confio muito menos.
Agora, na tentativa de falar novamente, no mesmo número de telefone que gravou o áudio, a pessoa que atendeu, desligou na cara dele.
Atendimento péssimo, mal educado e incompetente!
I went for an electroencephalogram.
Lots of people in the waiting room. The exam rooms are separated by screens and where it should be quiet, noise reigns! Mix children and adults in the same environment. To make matters worse, in my result they indicated the hyperventilation procedure that was not done!
My partner called several times to redo the exam in another place because he no longer trusts the procedure performed and the attendant, not knowing that he was on the call (recorded in the voice message - we have the recording), called him a gigolo and who takes advantage of Me wanting to give myself like crazy to receive money in my name. I just don't have the knowledge in the health area, neither the time nor the patience to solve these incompetences of Hapvida.
There was a serious error in the procedure, including the neurologist (who we pay privately) discarded the exam and we have to listen to insults.
This is the level of service provided by HAPVIDA, if I didn't trust the exam before, now I trust it much less.
Now, in an attempt to speak again, on the same phone number that recorded the audio, the person who answered, hung up on him.
Terrible, rude and incompetent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local muito cheio, não tem estacionamento e não cumprem os horários agendados para os exames. Em compensação o atendimento da médica durante o exame foi ótimo.
Very crowded place, there is no parking and they do not meet the scheduled times for the exams. On the other hand, the doctor's care during the exam was excellent.
