Pedimos alguma que estivesse limpa, porém a mesma disse que todas eram sujas.
Pedimos pra falar com o gerente e nos disseram que ele não fica na loja.
Solicitamos o código de defesa do consumidor e a loja também não disponibilizou.
Uma pena, pois a Harden tem tudo pra ser uma loja de referência e em excelência, porém a presteza não houve no serviço prestado.
Lamentável.
The saleswoman offered us a dirty uniform.
We asked for some that were clean, but she said they were all dirty.
We asked to speak to the manager and were told he doesn't stay in the store.
We asked for the consumer protection code and the store did not make it available either.
A pity, because Harden has everything to be a reference store and in excellence, but there was no promptness in the service provided.
Unfortunate.

Não é um grande em dimensões, entretanto, é tudo muito bem pensado para facilitar o atendimento dos clientes. Ambiente acolhedor e organizado. Colaboradores muito gentis e sempre disposto à ajudar.
Os preços são competitivos e justos. Mercadorias originais e facilidades no pagamento.
A localização da loja é perfeita para clientes que preferem fugir da concentração do centro comercial ou de Shoppings onde os preços normalmente são majorados.
Vale muito a pena fazer uma visita.
Excellent in all aspects. It is an establishment aimed at the military segment. However, it has a wide portfolio of material offerings that serve the general public.
It is not large in size, however, it is all very well thought out to facilitate customer service. Cozy and organized atmosphere. Very kind employees and always willing to help.
Prices are competitive and fair. Original goods and payment facilities.
The store's location is perfect for customers who prefer to escape the concentration of the shopping center or shopping malls where prices are usually higher.
It is very much worth a visit.
