★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço é bom, mas a dona do salão é mal educada. Na hora do cliente pagar se ela estiver sozinha na recepção ela não te atende, finge que você não está lá e você fica esperando até a recepcionista voltar.
 The service is good, but the owner of the salon is rude. When the customer pays, if she is alone at the reception, she does not answer you, pretends that you are not there and you wait until the receptionist comes back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde foi pessima por cortava com o jai q por duas vezes cortou como ele quiz e por fim pedi sujestao para atendente e me indicou a cabelereira eliane q acabou com meu cabelo e meu final de ano nao pude ir no casamento q estava programado muito ruim ela possivelmente. Estava com efeito de alcool. Pq pra fazer o q fez nao e possivel tuve q cortar muito curto meu cabelo ela desenhou um quadrado atraz ficou horrivel .bom nunca mais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existem bons profissionais e inclusive minha esposa foi cliente do salão fazendo pés e mãos... porém...ela levou nosso filho para fazer platinado no cabelo e um tal de Sergio pintou o cabelo dele de laranja....ficou horriiiiiiiiiiiivel. Mas graças a experiência de minha esposa após dois dias ela mesmo conseguiu consertar o desastre que esse cabeleireiro fez na cabeça do meu filho. Nesse sentido não recomendo o salão mesmo.
There are good professionals and even my wife was a client of the salon doing feet and hands... however... she took our son to have his hair platinum and a certain Sergio dyed his hair orange.... it was horrible. But thanks to my wife's experience, after two days she managed to fix the disaster that this hairdresser did to my son's head. In that sense, I do not recommend the salon at all.

Minha família é cliente do salão a mais de 30 anos.
Já fomos atendidos por todos eles e temos nossas preferências. Não gostar, achar que não ficou bom todos nós temos o direito. Mas, se você, for conversar, dizer sua insatisfação. A Equipe vai te dar toda a atenção para que se resolva e o cliente fique satisfeito!
I came to leave this review about the wonderful service I've always had at the Haruko salon, when I come across Márcia's comment, I'm sorry! Very unnecessary and offensive and I say more defamatory for a person to say that a professional worked under the influence of alcohol.
Where do we stop!
My family has been a salon customer for over 30 years.
We've been taken care of by all of them and we have our preferences. Not liking it, thinking it wasn't good, we all have the right. But if you are going to talk, say your dissatisfaction. The team will give you all the attention to solve it and the customer is satisfied!
