★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dizer o que penso , levei 2 vezes minha impressora pra consertar na Hasa informática, pela garantia, a primeira eles arrumaram direito, só que a impressora, voltou a dar o mesmo problema, daí levei de novo, pro reparo no mesmo lugar, porém , foi constatado o mesmo problema, ( Ar nas mangueiras das tintas ) porém eles arrumaram, só não gostei, porque os técnicos gastaram praticamente quase toda a tinta, os tubos estavam acima da metade, más enfim, fazer o que né? fora isso, é uma boa assistência técnica.
Só vou dar 4 estrelas por causa das tintas que gastaram, talvez, eles fizeram testes, pra saber se a impressora, ficou normal, , espero que seja por esse motivo. Kkkkk
Mais deu certo alguns dias depois, eles repôrseram as tintas, gastas no concerto da impressora, muito obrigado "Hasa" informática.
I'll tell you what I think, I took my printer 2 times to fix it at Hasa Informática, for the guarantee, the first one they got it right, but the printer, again gave the same problem, then I took it again, for repair in the same place, however , the same problem was found, (Air in the hoses of the paints) but they tidied up, I just didn't like it, because the technicians spent practically all the paint, the tubes were over half, but anyway, do what, right? otherwise, it is good technical assistance.
I'm only going to give it 4 stars because of the inks they used, maybe they did tests, to find out if the printer was normal, I hope it is for that reason. Kkkkk
More worked out a few days later, they replaced the inks, spent on the printer's concert, thank you very much "Hasa" IT.

O valor seria 150 reais a mão de obra e o rapaz disse que precisaria comprar outros cartuchos (+150 reais fora a mão de obra), até aí beleza, mas depois ele disse que talvez não desse certo e que precisaria testar. Eu n iria comprar algo pra testar, queria algo concreto, conversa vai e vem decidi trazer ela pra casa. N deu 20 minutos e arrumamos apenas resetando ela e pronto (sendo que ele disse que n dava pra resetar porq ela só reseta quando pede pra resetar e pasme...ela tava pedindo, parece que nem ligaram ela, nem testaram nem nada).
My experience was not as good as that of my colleagues. I had a problem with my Printer and it was found to be a cartridge. The value would be 150 reais for labor and the guy said he would need to buy other cartridges (+150 reais not for labor), so far okay, but then he said that maybe it wouldn't work and that he would need to test. I wouldn't buy something to test, I wanted something concrete, talk back and forth I decided to bring her home. N gave 20 minutes and we fixed it, just resetting it and that's it (and he said it couldn't be reset because it only resets when it asks to reset and amazingly...she was asking, it seems they didn't even call her, didn't test or anything).
