Prezam muito pelo cuidado com os alunos, todos cumprem a legislação vigente, ninguém pode treinar sem máscara o que pra mim é excelente e mostra o comprometimento com a saúde dos alunos. Professores e estagiários muito atenciosos e prontos a ajudar. A gerente Julia coordena a academia com muita competência e atenção, estão de parabéns, além de terem o melhor valor e forma de pagamento.
 Very nice and airy gym. Good and varied equipment. Pontos negativos: Você precisa se virar sozinho. Talvez seja bom para levar um personal trainer.
As "professoras" se dividem entre tomar café, se olhar no espelho, conversar com as amigas e ficar no computador. A tarde não é diferente, o "professor" se limitou em me mostrar o computador e disse que faço o treino que eu quiser. As aulas extras que eles divulgam são em um telão, dá para fazer pelo YouTube em casa.

Positive point: new equipment
Bad points: You need to fend for yourself. It might be nice to bring a personal trainer.
The "teachers" are divided between drinking coffee, looking in the mirror, talking to friends and staying at the computer. The afternoon is no different, the "teacher" limited himself to showing me the computer and said I'll do whatever training I want. The extra classes they broadcast are on a big screen, you can do it on YouTube at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é agradável, o atendimento foi bom, os equipamentos são novos e diferente de outras academias, gostei das esteiras, pois tem grau de elevação que simula subida, o banheiro masculino tem chuveiros, banquetas para se trocar e um secador.
Já o feminino, minha esposa falou que tem isso e prancha para o cabelo, um diferencial para a mulherada!
Os equipamentos são limpos, lugar bem refrigerado, não sei se foi por causa do horário que fui, 22h, já que a academia fica aberta até às 00h !
Recomendo a todos a conhecer e treinar lá!!
The gym is pleasant, the service was good, the equipment is new and different from other gyms, I liked the treadmills, as they have a degree of elevation that simulates ascent, the men's bathroom has showers, stools to change and a hairdryer.
As for the women's, my wife said they have that and a hair straightener, a differential for women!
The equipment is clean, the place is well-cooled, I don't know if it was because of the time I went, 10pm, since the gym is open until midnight!
I recommend everyone to meet and train there!!
