★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O mínimo que minha esposa esperava era ser bem tratada, mas como "cobrar" isso de um arrogante? Preço absurdo, informou um valor e no final a conta ficou quase 3x maior do informado como se não bastasse a arrogância e petulância do próprio sodré é algo tao bizarro quanto a indelicadeza que minha esposa passou.... SEJA HUMILDE, VOCÊ NEM É TUDO ISSO QUE TENTA PASSAR; NA VERDADE ESTA LONGE DE SER O QUE COBRA POR SEU TRABALHO.
The least my wife expected was to be treated well, but how to "charge" this from an arrogant? Absurd price, informed a value and in the end the bill was almost 3x higher than informed as if that were not enough the arrogance and petulance of the sodré itself is something as bizarre as the rudeness that my wife went through.... BE HUMBLE, YOU'RE NOT EVERYTHING WHAT IT TRIES TO PASS; ACTUALLY IT IS FAR FROM BEING WHAT CHARGES FOR YOUR WORK.

Equipe despreparada (logo na recepção + atraso do Bruno do Sodré que chegou com um TERRÍVEL CHEIRO DE CIGARRO; MOSTRANDO TAMANHO DESPREPARO E RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE), qualidade nao condiz com o valor cobrado e o tal de bruno sodre olhava a gente com nojo, como se ali nao fosse um local para nós... por fim , vimos que realmente nao era. Nao indico nem para meu pior inimigo.

Unprepared staff (right at the reception + Bruno do Sodré's delay, who arrived with a TERRIBLE SMELL OF CIGARETTE; SHOWING SIZE UNPREPAREDNESS AND RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER), quality does not match the amount charged and this bruno sodre looked at us with disgust, as if there wasn't a place for us... finally, we saw that it really wasn't. I don't even point to my worst enemy.

Quando cheguei mostrei fotos de como eu gostaria que meu cabelo ficasse, o Bruno foi super verdadeiro explicando que talvez meu cabelo não ficasse exatamente igual devido a meu tipo de cabelo, química e cor, mas que ele faria o possível. E pasmem... ficou muito melhor do que eu imaginava!! Sem dúvidas o melhor... super recomendo. (Isso sem contar com o ótimo atendimento dele e dos outros profissionais que ali se encontrava.)
Incomparable. I can only thank you. When I arrived I showed photos of how I would like my hair to look, Bruno was super truthful explaining that maybe my hair didn't look exactly the same due to my hair type, chemistry and color, but that he would do his best. And amazingly ... it was much better than I imagined !! Without a doubt the best ... I highly recommend it. (Not to mention the excellent service provided by him and the other professionals who were there.)

Sobre minha frustrante história:
Começo da seguinte forma: Não se enganem pelo instagram!
Fui ao salão com a expectativa de ser atendida pelo Bruno, mas a realidade é que ele mal olhou pro meu cabelo. Fui atendida por assistentes sem um mínimo de orientação sobre o que eu tinha pedido. Chorei horas dentro do salão e quando pedi pra ele vir ver o meu cabelo FUI DESTRATADA! No final ainda cobrou um valor extra (TOTAL DESONESTIDADE) por reaplicação de produto que não aconteceu. O cabelo não ficou feio, mas não ficou como eu pedi e saiu danificado como poucas vezes aconteceu comigo. Eu JAMAIS voltarei nesse salão e tampouco recomendo a qualquer pessoa.

I went to the salon expecting to be seen by Bruno, but the reality is that he barely looked at my hair. I was attended by assistants without a minimum of guidance on what I had asked for. I cried for hours inside the salon and when I asked him to come see my hair I WAS DISTRESSED! In the end, it still charged an extra amount (TOTAL DISHONESTY) for reapplication of a product that did not happen. The hair didn't look ugly, but it didn't look like I asked and it was damaged as it rarely happened to me. I will NEVER go back to this salon and I won't recommend it to anyone.

O meu cabelo por ser um cabelo virgem, não teve problemas na descoloração, mas observei que o Bruno conversa com todas as clientes sobre o que dá e o que não dá para ser feito, dependendo do teste de mecha. O Bruno acompanha de perto o trabalho dos seus assistentes e no final sempre avalia o resultado final antes de irmos embora. O que mostra a importância que ele dá ao seu trabalho.
Fui em um sábado, que é nítido como é corrido para eles, mas isso não abalou em nada o atendimento. Com certeza vou voltar!
I loved the whole experience! My hair, being virgin hair, had no problems with discoloration, but I noticed that Bruno talks to all the clients about what can and cannot be done, depending on the strand test. Bruno closely monitors the work of his assistants and in the end always evaluates the final result before we leave. Which shows the importance he gives to his work.
I went on a Saturday, which is as clear as it is for them, but that did not affect the service at all. I will definitely come back!
