★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que vou no salão,fui no dia 28/dezembro para um corte,lavagem e secagem.Mostrei uma foto e foi exatamente assim que ficou!!! Nao cortou mais do que pedi e ficou toppp! A única pessoa que até agora cortou meu cabelo certinho do jeito que queria, Adorei ❤️
First time I go to the salon, I went on December 28th for a cut, wash and dry. I showed a picture and that's exactly how it was !!! Not cut more than I asked and was toppp! The only person who so far cut my hair just the way I wanted it, I loved it ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive corte químico, tanto q devolveram o dinheiro das luzes. Porém estou há quase 3 meses em tratamento e gastando horrores para recuperar o estrago que foi feito, além dos danos psicológicos. Terrível! Não entrem neste estabelecimento.
Unfortunately I had a chemical cut, so much q returned the money from the lights. However, I have been in treatment for almost 3 months and spending horrors to recover the damage that was done, in addition to the psychological damage. Terrible! Do not enter this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não entrem neste lugar. Um desrespeito com o cliente. Cheguei no salão no horário agendado e o mesmo estava fechado. Abriu 10 min depois e estava imundo, com várias latas vazias de cerveja espalhadas. Haviam duas clientes agendadas para o mesmo horário e com o mesmo (e unico) profissional. 40 min depois e este profissional não havia chegado. Ao cobrar, a pessoa que estava limpando o salao ligou para o cabeleireiro que pediu para esperar pelo menos mais 20 min. Eu não tinha 1h para perder em pleno sábado aguardando a boa vontade do profissional em vir me atender. Fui embora sem ser atendida. Também pediu para a moça que estava limpando o salão (que não é cabeleireira!!!!!) começar as luzes da outra cliente. Qual a credibilidade que um estabelecimento deste passa para o cliente? Primeira e última vez. Não recomendo.
Terrible, do not enter this place. A disrespect for the customer. I arrived at the salon at the scheduled time and it was closed. It opened 10 mins later and it was filthy with several empty beer cans lying around. There were two clients scheduled for the same time and with the same (and only) professional. 40 min later and this professional had not arrived. Upon charging, the person who was cleaning the salon called the hairdresser who asked to wait at least another 20 min. I didn't have 1 hour to waste in the middle of a Saturday waiting for the professional's goodwill to come and see me. I left unattended. He also asked the girl who was cleaning the salon (who is not a hairdresser!!!!!) to start the lights for the other client. What credibility does an establishment like this pass on to the customer? First and last time. I do not recommend.
